Throughout history, humans have looked up at the stars, and in them found patterns, telling myths and legends that reflect their own experiences, values, and dreams. These stories, whether they are tales of heroes, gods, or animals, remind us of our shared desire to both create and find meaning in the world around us. When we look up to the sky at night, we see the same points of lights that our ancestors also looked to for stories, guidance in travel, and comfort in the connection with their community.

"For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream” - Vincent Van Gogh

At Constellations Mental Health, we want to help you tell these stories, to help you find meaning and connect the proverbial dots. Through using multiple different modalities, we understand and value that no one person or method is one size fits all. We are all a collection of stories, both good and bad. Let us help you share them.
